About the role
- People Operations Specialist managing HR processes for a tech company focused on autonomous drone software. Overseeing onboarding, compliance, and employee data management.
Responsibilities
- Together with the HR Director create and roll out policies and process improvements, to cater our team in Poland the best way.
- Own localized onboarding and offboarding (contracts, documents, accounts, checklists)
- Administer local compensation and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain and improve employee data in HRIS (HiBob), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure compliance of HR documentation and processes with local regulations.
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and structure within People Operations.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, generalist, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with HR systems (HiBob is a plus).
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you’re eager to learn, ask questions, and suggest improvements.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively — you know when to take ownership and when to align with others.
- Motivation to develop further in People Operations and take on increasing ownership.
