- Develop and execute integrated change strategies and plans
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and risk assessments
- Anticipate and manage resistance as a core component of change planning
- Act as a change management consultant, providing ongoing advice and counsel
- Execute change activities across key levers
- Engage and support people leaders through the change
- Assess business and operational readiness from a people perspective
- Define, track, and evaluate success metrics and change effectiveness
- Create and deliver change communications in various formats
- Leverage collaboration and delivery tools and communicate change status
Requirements
- Experience leading or supporting change or transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to advise and partner with leaders and project teams
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- University education in a related field (communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, etc.)
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) is an asset
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only.
