About the role
- Occupational Therapist collaborating with social workers to deliver assessments and support housing adaptations in South Norfolk. Offering a supportive team environment with flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Work with Social Worker and Assistant Practitioner colleagues to deliver strengths-based functional assessments
- Collaborate with housing partners to plan housing adaptations
- Provide support for newly qualified OTs and those moving from a different field of OT
- Participate in regular meetings, supervision, and buddy system for new team members
Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- An interest in working in South Norfolk
- Ability to embrace and develop strengths-based working to promote the independence and quality of life of service users and their carers
