Responsibilities
Work with Social Worker and Assistant Practitioner colleagues to deliver strengths-based functional assessments
Collaborate with housing partners to plan housing adaptations
Provide support for newly qualified OTs and those moving from a different field of OT
Participate in regular meetings, supervision, and buddy system for new team members
Requirements
Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
An interest in working in South Norfolk
Ability to embrace and develop strengths-based working to promote the independence and quality of life of service users and their carers
