Responsibilities
In this position you will be a HLSK specialist planner (TGA) in our STF Energy business unit and take responsibility for the planning of various large-scale building services projects, specializing in HLSK.
Projects include public buildings such as railway stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
You independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc., to determine pipe diameters, air velocities and the sizing of components (e.g., valves).
You independently produce floor plans, schematics and section views.
For our building services planning we use digital twins — fully digital representations of buildings whose BIM models form the basis of our planning.
You maintain close coordination with our electrical planners, project managers and your HLSK colleagues.
You participate in weekly project and status meetings to, for example, update the project board (TGA cockpit).
Requirements
You should have professional experience in building services/technical building equipment (TGA), for example in HLSK specialist planning, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role.
Ideally you have work experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them.
The following should apply to you: you have completed a degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/plant engineering or similar, OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the HLSK trades.
Through previous positions or your training you already have user-level experience with an industry CAD program (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering/estimating software (such as OrcaAVA or similar).
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
It is particularly important to us that we function well together as a team.
