About the role

• TGA Fachplaner managing HLSK projects at STF Energy involving planning for various building projects. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using digital twin technology and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Specialist planner HLSK (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
• Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
• Independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, domestic water, wastewater and stormwater
• Produce floor plan drawings, schematics and sectional views
• Use digital twins and BIM models for design work
• Participate in weekly project and status meetings

Requirements

• Professional experience in building services engineering (TGA), e.g., in specialist planning for HLSK, technical system planning, technical drafting, design engineering or a similar role
• Ideally experience in various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
• (Engineering) degree such as Bachelor, Master or Diploma with a focus on building services/utility engineering or a related field OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (HLSK)
• Practical experience with industry CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering/bill-of-quantities software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
