Responsibilities
Specialist planner HLSK (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
Independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, domestic water, wastewater and stormwater
Produce floor plan drawings, schematics and sectional views
Use digital twins and BIM models for design work
Participate in weekly project and status meetings
Requirements
Professional experience in building services engineering (TGA), e.g., in specialist planning for HLSK, technical system planning, technical drafting, design engineering or a similar role
Ideally experience in various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
(Engineering) degree such as Bachelor, Master or Diploma with a focus on building services/utility engineering or a related field OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (HLSK)
Practical experience with industry CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering/bill-of-quantities software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
