About the role
- TGA Fachplaner in hybrid role managing HVAC planning for substantial building projects in Germany. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing modern digital tools for effective planning.
Responsibilities
- Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning)
- Independently performing calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, domestic water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
- Preparing floor plans, schematics and sectional views
- Using digital twins for planning
- Coordination and exchange with electrical planners, project managers and HLSK colleagues
- Participation in weekly project and status meetings to update the project board (TGA cockpit)
Requirements
- Professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g., in HLSK specialist planning, technical systems planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role
- Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
- Completed (engineering) degree with a Bachelor, Master or Diploma focusing on building services/plant engineering or a related field OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (HLSK)
- Practical experience with industry CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
