- Maintain high standards for code quality, following best practices like accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and security (OWASP Top 10).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engage in customer discussions to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Take full ownership of project execution, ensuring minimal disruptions and efficient delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their development and growth.
- Contribute to broader engineering initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and technical scalability.
Requirements
- Full Stack Development: Proficient in JavaScript frameworks (React, AngularJS, or Vue) and strong backend skills in Python (Django, Flask) or NodeJS.
- Database Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with ElasticSearch and AWS is a plus.
- Testing & Code Quality: Experience with automated testing tools like PyTest, Jest, or Cypress, as well as CI/CD pipelines.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering impactful projects in close collaboration with PMs and designers, measuring real-world outcomes.
