Responsibilities

- Documentar incidentes, acciones realizadas y estatus de resolución.
Requirements
- Experiencia previa en Networking o en posiciones similares de NOC / soporte de red.
- Conocimiento en monitoreo de infraestructura y gestión de incidencias.
- Manejo de Jira de forma obligatoria.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con enfoque en tiempos de respuesta.
- Habilidad para dar seguimiento ordenado y constante a múltiples tickets.
- Disponibilidad para atender incidentes operativos.
- Persona analítica, responsable y con buena comunicación.
- Orientación al servicio y a la resolución de problemas.
- Proactividad para detectar fallas y anticiparse a incidentes.
- Conocimientos en redes LAN/WAN.
- Experiencia en soporte a tiendas o sitios remotos.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo.
- Manejo de protocolos básicos de red y troubleshooting inicial.
