About the role
- Provide home-based mental health counseling to families using the FFT model. Manage a caseload of families and ensure flexible scheduling to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10-15 families for a duration of 8-26 weeks depending on the needs of each family
- Provide at least 1 hour/week of home-based family therapy to each client on your caseload
- Flexible hours are required to meet family needs
- Complete all documentation accurately
- Travel within a one-hour drive is necessary
Requirements
- Registered (or eligible) as a Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S) in Virginia
- QMHP-C with 5+ years experience with children and families also considered
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record
- Willingness to transport clients as needed
