Responsibilities
Build rapport and use creative therapeutic techniques.
Help clients resolve issues to prevent institutionalization and keep families together.
Provide counseling in homes, communities, or schools.
Provide outpatient, community, and school-based therapy (masters level only).
Conduct clinical assessments and crisis services (masters level only).
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's in a human services field (QMHP eligible) or a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or Social work (resident/supervisee eligible).
Prior mental health experience (community-based a plus).
Flexible, family-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded.
Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
Safe driver, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
