Responsibilities
Responsibility for the strategy, roadmap, and market positioning of the training portfolio in software engineering, cloud, and DevOps
Technical and operational leadership and further development of a team of Learning Content Engineers
End-to-end management of the design, development, quality assurance, and launch of new training programs
Development of competency models, skill mappings, and scalable training architectures for different target groups and learning paths
Ensuring the professional, didactic, and technical quality as well as the economic viability of the portfolio
Data-driven analysis and continuous optimization of the portfolio based on KPIs, market feedback, and technology trends
Management of resources, budgets, external experts, and the use of AI-assisted content production processes to scale
Requirements
Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Deep subject-matter expertise in software engineering, cloud and/or DevOps, and an understanding of current technology trends
Several years of experience developing technical training programs, curricula, or learning products, ideally in the tech or EdTech sector
Experience in portfolio, product, or curriculum management including planning, prioritization, and steering of complex projects
Experience in leading teams professionally or managing external experts and stakeholders
Strong technical affinity and experience with modern tools and workflows, e.g., learning platforms, Git, or AI-assisted content production processes
Very strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and very good German (C2) and English (C1) language skills
