Responsibilities
- The Value Consultant is responsible for aligning business initiatives with value realization, ensuring that every project contributes to measurable business outcomes.
- Translating business demands into actionable plans, assuring data availability on program impacts, and collaborating with process owners to secure necessary resources and budgets for process excellence initiatives.
- Manage the overall assessment of opportunities and ensure successful realization of business cases from process excellence initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate Prioritization Committee meetings to prioritize and recommend automation opportunities based on business agenda, value, and readiness.
- Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the perceived value of process improvement initiatives for customers, the business, and end-users.
- Train business function on how to use business process engineering tools. Configure and be proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
- Prioritize automation initiatives, manage demand intake tracking, and oversee deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
- Experience in training (creating materials and leading sessions) and implementation of tools.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Process Analytics and Reporting.
- Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business case development.
- Strong understanding of business objectives and context.
- Familiarity with RPA, AI, and analytics reporting, including KPIs.
