Requirements
- Bachelor's in a job-related field
- Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience
- 4 Years research and analysis experience
- Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills
- Advanced experience using complex mathematical calculations
- Understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
- Knowledge of relevant computer support systems
- Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis
- Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of programming languages such as DB2, SQL, and relational databases
- Knowledge of tools like Visual Basic and Macros for automating reporting processes
