About the role
- Assistant Controller overseeing accounting activities and financial reporting for Sonova. Collaborating with Finance Director and managing compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Beheer van en toezicht op alle boekhoudkundige activiteiten, inclusief salarisadministratie, facturatie en de volledige debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie.
- Financiële overzichten opstellen om de financiële positie van het bedrijf in kaart te brengen en te voorspellen.
- Beheren en analyseren van balansen en het beoordelen van toekomstige inkomsten en uitgaven.
- Ondersteunen bij het beheer van de boekhouding, auditing en forecasting/budgettering binnen de organisatie.
- Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van audits.
- Zorgen voor het oplossen van boekhoudkundige onnauwkeurigheden of onbalansen.
- Zorgen voor naleving van toepasselijke overheidsvoorschriften en het opstellen de vereiste rapportages.
- Belastingaangiften voorbereiden en indienen, zoals btw-aangiften en vennootschapsbelasting.
- Monitoren van belastingnaleving en ondersteunen bij belastinggerelateerde rapportages en audits.
- Gebruiken van boekhoudsoftware om gegevens bij te houden en rapportages op te stellen.
- Coördineren met en opstellen van rapporten voor de Finance Director en het hoger management.
Requirements
- Bacheloropleiding in accounting, finance of een verwant vakgebied (master is een pré)
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in accounting
- Ervaring met financiële systemen / ERP-software en uitstekende vaardigheden in Microsoft Excel en Power BI
- Affiniteit met systemen, software, programma’s en tools is een vereiste; ervaring met het afstemmen van ERP op subsystemen is een pluspunt
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels
