Requirements
- Support the product team in defining product plans and go-to-market strategies for the US and Europe.
- Test and prioritize new product features with the development team.
- Define and track KPIs for our products using Metabase and Google Analytics.
- Implement the tools needed to support the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure testing quality (manual and automated).
- Grow our tester community: collect and manage feedback to ensure we have the right people available to test our products.
