About the role
- Auxiliar Financeiro supporting financial documentation and processes including account management and report generation. Specializing in tax legislation compliance and bank transactions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze documents for integrity and authenticity
- Record accounts receivable and accounts payable in the system
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation to validate withholding taxes (ISS, INSS, IRRF and PCC)
- Generate payables using banks' file formats and clear/settle those payables
- Execute payments and issue receipts/vouchers at banks
- Generate bank statements for accounts and perform bank reconciliations
- Produce financial closing reports

- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with the OMIE system is a plus
