About the role

Requirements
- Degree in healthcare or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in medical controlling, quality management, or a comparable hospital role
- Practical experience with ICD and OPS coding as well as with external comparative quality assurance (eQS) under §136f SGB V
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and analytical abilities
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, scripting languages, R)
