Senior Consultant in SAP Real Estate handling client-specific requirements and leading projects in real estate industry. Engaging in optimization strategies and product development.

Responsibilities

You will take on tasks across a diverse range of topics: as a Senior Consultant you quickly get to grips with client-specific requirements — you will rapidly assume subproject and project management responsibilities and lead your projects independently.
Together with the team, you are responsible for the professional support of our clients.
You identify and assess, together with the team, optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT-based implementation at our clients.
You actively support acquisition activities and develop technical specifications for in-house product development.

You hold a degree in business or a technical field (ideally with a focus on real estate management).
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
You have SAP knowledge as an application support specialist or several years of hands-on application experience in your specialist area, or as an (in-house) consultant for mapping real estate processes (technical/commercial) in the SAP ERP modules PS/PM/MM, RE-FX or Finance.
You work precisely, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, are committed and continuously interested in expanding your expertise.
You are team- and service-oriented, confident with MS Office and have very good communication and presentation skills in German (must have) and English.
You can demonstrate several years of relevant experience, e.g., in SAP® projects, as well as solid knowledge of integrative tasks.
You distinguish yourself through structured conceptualization and goal-oriented leadership in developing client-specific requirements (requirements management).
