- Build and mentor cross-functional teams via workshops (virtual and F2F), inspiring engagement and ownership
- Create clear blueprints, use visualisation tools, and apply entrepreneurial problem-solving to deliver scalable solutions
- Keep stakeholders informed on scope, risk, KPIs and delivery timelines with clarity and confidence
- Deliver sustainable outcomes and embed long-term improvement through lessons learned and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science or Project Management (or equivalent)
- Strong experience leading complex transformation projects in Supply Chain or Operations
- Proficiency with digital tools such as SmartSheet, Teams, Tableau/Power BI, and SAP (APICS knowledge a plus)
- Professional certifications (Prince2, APM, PMP, Agile) highly desirable
