Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative and organizational support to Board Committees and Executive Committees, ensuring procedural compliance, timely circulation of materials, and recording, drafting and finalizing formal minutes of meetings ensuring precision and procedural integrity
Coordinate the scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics for Board, Committees, and Executive meetings, ensuring all documentation and communication are efficiently managed
Provide support in maintaining and updating governance documentation and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures
Support the monitoring of regulatory and disclosure obligations of Board Members and other responsible persons, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience providing administrative or secretarial support to Governing Bodies, Committees and/or Corporate Governance functions, preferably within a banking or financial institution
Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, integrity, and discretion
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in digital collaboration tools (DocuSign, Microsoft 365, MS Office, etc.)
Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken
