Responsibilities
Provides technical support and analysis in a broad range of information technology areas
Plans, analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains enterprise applications
Participates in workflow process design, development, testing, administration and maintenance
Troubleshoots user and technical obstacles and system problems
Develops, establishes and conducts classroom and on-the-job training on the use of programs and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more (3+) years of progressively responsible relevant work experience as a technical analyst in the area of day-to-day design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Knowledge of industry trends related to business and information technology
Skills to configure enterprise software and/or provide programming/development support
Design, develop, enhance and support SAP solutions
SAP Certifications in BTP, ABAP, Fiori etc. is desirable
