Responsibilities
Collaborate with Fidelity clients to develop implementation strategies
Operationalize strategies to deliver high-quality communications to plan participants
Manage sophisticated new client implementations and large event projects
Deliver critical information to plan participants during change periods
Coordinate with clients on communication and education strategies
Review project requirements and build communication project plans
Draft various communication materials ensuring compliance and cost efficiencies
Complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction
Represent cross-functional projects and serve as a resource for internal partners
Requirements
Experience in employee benefits communication and/or financial services preferred
At least 5 years communications consulting experience preferred
Strong project management experience required
NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses (must be acquired within 90 days of hire)
Solid understanding of communication processes from writing and design through distribution across multiple media (print, email, internet, video)
Ability to write and/or edit readable, user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to improve message
Ability to think critically and make decisions independently
Knowledge of the communications and financial industry standards
