Responsibilities
- Atuação híbrida com projetos e processos;
- Desenvolver e comunicar padrões, métodos (ágil e/ou tradicional) e ferramentas a serem utilizados para gerenciamento de projetos;
- Apoiar gerenciamento do projeto, com intermediação entre área e cliente e apoio à liderança técnica;
- Preparar materiais e conduzir reuniões executivas e gerenciais de status do projetos, incluindo os principais KPIs e plano de ações;
- Garantir a efetividade do processo de controle de qualidade do projetos.
- Identificar melhoras nos processos existentes;
- Analisar e implementar melhoras nos processos de automação.
Requirements
- Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharias e cursos correlatos;
- Nível de inglês avançado (poderá ser necessário o uso no dia a dia);
- Nível de Excel avançado;
- Experiência com KPIS;
- Experiência com Metodologia Ágil;
- Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido no RJ.
