About the role
- Senior Consultant focusing on Automation & AI in Construction, optimizing processes, developing RPA solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships for key projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize construction processes (tendering, procurement, project controls, claims)
- Develop and implement RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Apply AI technologies (NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics)
- Integrate with ERP systems (SAP), BIM platforms and process mining tools (Celonis)
- Stakeholder management and presentations at C-level
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in RPA and AI projects
- Industry knowledge in construction (VOB/ÖNORM, BIM, Lean Construction)
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Fluent in German and English, willingness to travel
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Civil Engineering or a comparable field
