About the role
- QA Technical Clerk coordinating Surveillance Offer Notifications for Hinkley Point C nuclear project. Managing communication between construction teams, clients, and inspectors for inspection readiness and schedule management.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary coordinator for the surveillance notification process
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs)
- Ensures that construction milestones are accurately communicated to the Client and Third-Party Inspection bodies
- Manages real-time schedule changes to ensure seamless inspection attendance
- Prepares, issues, and tracks all Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs) via SONIMS
- Acts as the central point of contact for the Client and Third-Party Inspectors
- Bridges communication gap between Construction teams and the Client
- Coordinates with discipline engineers and quality inspectors for inspection readiness
- Maintains real-time trackers of inspection outcomes, findings, and close-outs
- Manages data entry and document flow within the SONIMS platform
