About the role
- LTQR Document Controller at Bilfinger UK managing project quality records for Hinkley Point C. Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance for construction and engineering activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the collation, verification, and compilation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) associated with project construction, manufacturing, and installation activities
- Compile, review, and verify documentation for LTQRs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability
- Liaise with construction, quality, engineering, and document control teams to collect and track required records (i.e., FUDs, weld records, material certificates, test reports, calibration records)
- Ensure records comply with project specifications, NNB Quality Requirements, and relevant regulatory standards
- Populate and maintain LTQR index structures and ensure documentation is correctly coded and aligned to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and system boundaries
- Support readiness reviews and turnover activities by ensuring LTQR packages are complete and available for commissioning or regulatory inspection
- Use document control systems and quality tools (i.e. Switch, Team Centre, Proarc)
- Identify and escalate missing, incomplete, or non-conforming records to relevant stakeholders and assist in timely resolution
- Support audits by internal and external parties
- Support with any other reasonable activities directed by the manager

- Previous experience in nuclear preferred but not essential
