About the role
- Junior Full Stack Engineer developing features for Sitemate's software products in the built world. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- work as a Full Stack Engineer in one of our cross product teams
- developing and delivering features to address pain points, removing manual tasks and improving customer experience
- familiarizing oneself with systems and processes, as well as existing functionality
- getting involved in planning and development of new features, including by joining research calls
- developing new features, fixing bugs and re-architecting core component functions
- collaborating closely with delivery team (Product Designer & QA Engineers), Product team and broader Engineering team
- assisting delivery team with diagnosing production issues by investigating Bugsnag and Datadog logs and creating hotfix releases accordingly
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
- Javascript/Typescript experience, including Node and Angular or React, is preferred
- Love for all things Frontend including CSS
- MongoDB and AWS experience is a bonus
- Experience with building no/low-code automation product(s) is a bonus
- Broader non-technical understanding of the open API ecosystem, best practices and trends
