About the role
- AI/IT Architect designing and implementing IT strategies and solutions for diverse clients. Collaborating on complex IT projects and advising senior clients to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with small teams to deliver IT projects for clients across a diverse range of industries.
- Key focus areas include designing and implementing IT strategies, optimizing IT architecture, enhancing cybersecurity, improving dev process & system performance, and driving the digitization of processes and organizations.
- Support due diligence efforts for investment funds by assessing technology capabilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Design, support sale of, and deliver Singulier’s Product & Tech strategy and offering.
- Advise clients at senior levels on IT architecture strategies and solutions that support their business goals.
- Deliver complex and innovative IT projects including technology assessments and infrastructure due diligence, while ensuring consulting teams have the skills needed to execute other IT-focused projects.
- Collaborate with partners on business development activities including creating proposals, pitching solutions, and developing new client relationships.
- Collaborate with other practice areas to ensure that IT architecture solutions complement broader consulting offerings.
- Advise and support teams by troubleshooting ongoing IT architecture consulting projects, ensuring quality and effectiveness in delivery.
- Set up specialized task forces to execute and temporarily deliver IT architecture projects.
- Establish yourself as an IT architecture expert by building a strong personal brand and increasing awareness of our IT work and achievements.
- Represent our IT practice at industry events to enhance our market presence and reputation.
- Develop and maintain an active external presence to bolster marketing efforts and contribute to thought leadership in IT architecture.
- Regularly share insights on latest IT architecture projects and discuss emerging technology trends.
- Continuously scan for the latest innovations in IT architecture and technology.
- Communicate implications of new IT trends to enhance the practice’s knowledge and capabilities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or engineering) from a top university.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in IT consulting or within an agency environment, working with multiple clients on IT architecture, infrastructure design, or technology strategy projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT architecture design, system integration, and technology implementation.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative IT solutions.
- An understanding of, or keen interest in, emerging digital trends and technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing client relationships and leading technical discussions
- An international background and the ability to grow and be successful in multicultural organisations
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn new tools, in particular digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software).
- Fluent in French and English.
