About the role
- Financial Planning Analyst generating financial reports for S.I.N.'s US headquarters. Collaborating with corporate finance teams and supporting information consistency across data systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and consolidate management and financial reports for the headquarters in the United States, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Support financial and accounting closing processes, reconciling information and ensuring data consistency.
- Structure, organize and maintain updated files, controls and databases, ensuring standardization, traceability and compliance of information.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and corporate standards of the headquarters.
- Actively participate in internal control processes, corporate governance and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), supporting tests, evidence collection and documentation for the area.
- Promote interaction and alignment with other Finance areas (Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls and with the US headquarters).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Proven experience in Controllership and/or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in corporate environments with international interaction.
- Experience with ERP systems/SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
- Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and interact with the headquarters.
- Preferred: Postgraduate/MBA in Controllership and Finance, and knowledge/experience with SOX.
- Advantageous: participation in ERP implementation projects (preferably SAP/S4HANA).
