About the role
- Information Security Analyst supporting security practices at Silimed, the leading silicone implant manufacturer in Latin America. Ensuring compliance and resilience in critical OT & IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor security controls in systems and processes, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory standards (LGPD, ISO 27001, SOX, GxP).
- Operate and administer security tools (SIEM, IAM, DLP, antivirus, firewall, IDS/IPS).
- Perform vulnerability assessments, apply remediation, and track mitigation plans.
- Support security incident response and the execution of contingency plans.
- Prepare evidence and reports for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to security projects in hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, and OT).
- Participate in security training and awareness campaigns.
- Produce technical reports and metrics for monitoring by the Coordinator.
Requirements
- Education: degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in information security, preferably in regulated and critical environments (OT & IT).
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, ITIL.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, and factory/industrial environments).
- Tools: SIEM (QRadar, Splunk, or similar).
- IAM (Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta).
- Endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender ATP, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro Vision One).
- Firewall and IDS/IPS (FortiGate – FSSO, IPS, VPN, SD-WAN).
- Vulnerability management (Tenable, Nessus).
- DLP (Symantec, McAfee).
- OneTrust (privacy management).
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Conditional Access, Intune).
- Advanced English.
