- Capability to contribute to the completion of designs directly associated with program milestones
- Ability to work effectively with other mechanical teams
- Proficiency with engineering software tools relevant to structural analysis and design (preferred)
- Familiarity with Aerospace standards and best practices in structural engineering (preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in project management and meeting deadlines (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred)
- Passion for innovation and excellence in aerospace technologies and structural system design (preferred)
- Experience with Finite Element Methods and Analysis Software (Preferably ANSYS or Nastran) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Standard structural failure modes (preferred)
- Experience with load path modeling and hand calculations for structural substantiation (preferred)
