Responsibilities
Lead the team, acting as coordinators and technical specialists;

Support the Engineering Manager in the horizontal organization of this competency;

Structure teams and the technical foundation for the product to function effectively;
Carry out people management and development activities;
Drive horizontal initiatives to ensure processes, tools and capacity are adequate;
Lead software engineering topics with leaders of other technical horizontals;
Pair with GPMs and PMs to understand the main business challenges;
Promote adoption of new technologies aligned with the architectural model.
