About the role
- Engineer responsible for TGA electrical planning and project oversight for sustainable building designs at sic architekten gmbh.
Responsibilities
- Specialist planning of building services (electrical equipment) using BIM.
- Preparation of design and execution plans and specifications (bills of quantities), as well as support during procurement/tendering.
- Monitoring of construction execution, control of execution quality, and ensuring compliance with cost and schedule requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, technician, or master craftsman in electrical engineering).
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and/or site management of electrical systems within building services (TGA).
- Knowledge of building automation is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation, with an independent, structured way of working.
