Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the execution of privacy, data protection, and responsible AI programs across the organization
Execute and scale privacy program operations
Lead privacy and AI risk assessments
Help operationalize the AI governance framework across teams
Build playbooks and support targeted training
Track program metrics and monitor legal developments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, risk, security, or compliance roles
Practical experience with privacy program delivery, including PIAs/DPIAs, data inventories, and vendor reviews
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams
Exposure to AI/ML/LLM technologies in a governance or operational context
Familiarity with privacy and governance tooling (e.g., OneTrust, Transcend)
Understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud/data platforms
Certifications like CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in technology companies
