Data Business Intelligence (BI) & Power BI Analyst driving decision - making with data insights. Develop dashboards and reports while collaborating with stakeholders for effective data solutions.
About the role
- BI Analyst partnering with global stakeholders to deliver actionable insights via BI tools. Supporting data-driven decisions for B2B customers across Europe with Power BI and Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and migrate existing Power BI dashboards to NetSuite data sources.
- Design and develop new BI applications aligned with Shiftmove Group standards (Tableau).
- Build, maintain, and evolve n8n workflows that support operational teams.
- Contribute to Python development for internal AI agents and GenAI projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of dashboards and workflows.
- Document BI assets, workflows, and processes according to group guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in BI, Data Analytics, Automation, or a related field
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (ideally n8n or similar)
- Bonus: Previous working experience in Python
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (SuiteCRM, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
- Strong English communication skills, as you will work regularly with international teams
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills in BI, automation, and AI
