Responsibilities
Understand user needs (internal & external) through interviews, data and field feedback.
Challenge incoming requests and prioritize problems with the highest business impact.
Design relevant product solutions and write clear, actionable specifications.
Work closely with Design & Engineering to deliver high-quality features into production.
Define and track product KPIs to measure real impact on Seyna’s objectives.
Continuously iterate to improve performance, adoption and user satisfaction.
Own the product vision and align cross-functional teams around the roadmap.
Enable Sales & Marketing to understand, position and sell the product effectively.
