About the role
- Consultant for ITSM and ESM processes helping companies optimize their service processes. Engaging with stakeholders and providing training, workshops, and strategic support.
Responsibilities
- Advising on the design, implementation and optimization of ITSM and ESM processes according to ITIL® and other best practices, and delivering ITSM/ESM projects
- Tool consulting and integration: supporting the selection, implementation and optimization of service management platforms
- Designing service-oriented structures in IT and other business units (e.g., HR, Finance, Facility Management)
- Knowledge transfer: conducting training sessions, workshops and coaching
- Providing strategic guidance during transformation initiatives
- Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Active knowledge sharing with colleagues and continuous professional development
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in consulting within IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service
- Knowledge of ITIL® (ideally certified) and, ideally, other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2® etc.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Confident presence and strong communication skills at all levels
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions or presentations
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
