About the role
- Junior Controller responsible for analyzing financial data and developing reporting processes for SelectLine Group. Engaging in process documentation and improving business operations under the Finance Team.
Responsibilities
- Controlling & investment controlling: You analyze figures, review processes and make our business activities transparent.
- Analysis & reporting: From data collection to presentation – you provide insights that genuinely support management.
- Performance metric systems & KPIs: You maintain existing metrics, develop new ones and ensure our KPIs remain meaningful at all times.
- Documentation & compliance: You are responsible for the internal documentation system and for creating process documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in business with a focus on controlling, or IHK-certified Controller qualification – practical experience is a plus.
- Excel expert: You can prepare spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts and reports effectively.
- Structured & organized: You keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
- Communicative & team-oriented: You contribute ideas and communicate them clearly – both in person and digitally.
- Excellent German skills, spoken and written.
