About the role
- Project Manager at SEIDOR leading SAP implementation and conversion processes. Working in a hybrid environment in Rio de Janeiro focusing on excellence in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading strategic SAP implementation fronts (Greenfield) and system conversions (Brownfield), managing the full project lifecycle across the Prepare, Explore, Realize and Deploy phases.
- Will work based on SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, ensuring governance, process compliance, risk mitigation and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring an efficient transition to the S/4HANA environment with a focus on operational excellence and meeting business milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; preferably with postgraduate education or an MBA in Project Management.
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementations (Greenfield) and system conversions (Brownfield/Bluefield).
- Deep expertise in SAP Activate, and proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (PMBOK).
- Experience managing project Scope, Schedule and Budget for large-scale initiatives.
- Knowledge of integration processes between modules (e.g., EWM, MDG, FI/CO, SD, MM).
- Ability to conduct Steering Committees and report KPIs to executive leadership.
- Intermediate English for interaction with global partners and for reading technical documentation.
- Desirable: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager).
