- Senior Data Engineer developing and optimizing data pipelines for Scene+’s cloud-native platform in Toronto. Collaborating across teams to enhance data governance and analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
- architect, maintain, and refine production-grade pipelines
- automate workflows end-to-end
- centralize data into Snowflake
- write, debug, and operate production code using Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools
- support strategic data governance
- design foundational tables, models, and workflows for analytics and data science
- work across cloud-native ecosystem including AWS, Snowflake, and Tableau
Requirements
- extensive experience as a senior data engineer
- designing and building scalable data pipelines

- strong experience with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Matillion experience is an asset but not required)
