Responsibilities
Monitor and audit daily operational processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
Document existing processes and design new workflows to increase the department's efficiency (AS-IS/TO-BE);
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose automations or revisions to working methods;
Prepare and monitor performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
Act as a facilitator between Operations areas to ensure process integration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience in Process Management (required);
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) is a plus;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis).
