About the role
- IGA SaaS Engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining the IGA SaaS platform for secure identity governance at Ørsted. Collaborating with stakeholders for successful project execution and operational stability.
Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end technical implementation of the new cloud‑based IGA SaaS platform
- Ensure a smooth handover from consultant‑led rollout to internal engineering ownership
- Configure, maintain, and optimize IGA workflows, policies, automation, and governance controls
- Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve Level 3 tickets across cloud and legacy environments
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure secure access for users, partners, and contractors
- Contribute to onboarding new OT assets onto the platform and securing continuous operational stability
Requirements
- Strong practical experience with IAM and Access Governance platforms in large-scale, multi-site environments
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Strong technical skills within identity governance, access management, applying best practices for integrations, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle workflows or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with platform delivery & application onboarding implementation, such as technical configuration, troubleshooting, or equivalent experience in enterprise and cloud environments
- Comfortable working in project environments and contributing to handover, operational readiness, and documentation
- Clear communication skills to translate technical issues into business-relevant insights
