About the role
- Financial Assistant managing copyright payments for Santillana Educação in Brazil. Analyzing contracts and supporting financial processes and reporting within the company.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of contracts and entry of information into the ERP system (TOTVS).
- Support in the calculation and payment of copyright royalties, ensuring correct execution of the area’s financial processes.
- Perform accounting routines, including calculation of accounts payable, due date control and monitoring of cash flows.
- Issuance of payments, sales statements and receipts.
- Support for accounting closing related to copyrights.
- Provide support to suppliers and partners via email for account reconciliation and clarification of information.
- Review internal controls and assist business and management areas.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the ERP module, aiming to automate routines and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in contract analysis and financial and accounting routines.
- Knowledge of the TOTVS ERP will be considered a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to handle multiple demands and deadlines.
