Responsibilities
- Lead the multi-year roadmap for the Data Platform
- Serve as the primary architect of the telemetry strategy
- Act as the critical link between data providers and analytical Product Managers
- Define and enforce rigorous standards for data reliability, speed, and transparency
- Establish a comprehensive governance framework for the instrumentation lifecycle
- Partner with M&A and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to proactively lead the integration of new data streams
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Deep technical understanding of data engineering lifecycles (ETL/ELT, telemetry ingestion, cloud data warehousing)
- Proven track record of establishing data governance frameworks
- Experience building data foundations that power ML-driven insights, predictive analytics, or health scores
- Exceptional ability to influence a matrixed organization
- Experience managing high-availability systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred
