Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns
Create handouts based on provided content and the target audience profiles for the respective vertical
Orchestrate cold-calling channels such as telemarketing, Salesforce BDR, internal outbound activities, and other relevant channels
Lead and coordinate the Salesforce BDR organization
Maintain and manage relevant tools such as calendars, lead lists, and CRM systems
Search tender and procurement platforms and evaluate relevant results
Handle pre-event communication for trade shows and schedule meetings with potential clients
Follow up on trade show leads and hand them over to the sales team in a structured way
Requirements
Experience planning, executing, and managing marketing and sales campaigns
Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and cross-channel campaign mechanics
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), strong data affinity, and routine in working with KPIs
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management, especially when collaborating with Marketing, Sales, BDR teams, and external vendors
Analytical skills to evaluate and continuously optimize campaign performance
Process-oriented mindset and interest in continuously improving marketing and sales workflows
High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented working style in a dynamic environment
