About the role

• Senior PHP Developer designing and evolving CRM solutions for real estate advisors. Collaborating with product teams and ensuring application performance and security in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve our CRM for real estate advisors, adhering to team standards and code review best practices.
• Ensure the performance, security, maintainability and monitoring of applications in production (metrics, logs, alerting), and proactively address identified vulnerabilities.
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions (technical trade-offs, debt management vs. delivery) and to the continuous improvement of engineering practices within the IT department.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to clarify business requirements, propose appropriate solutions and iteratively improve deliverables.
• Participate in team rituals and contribute to achieving sprint objectives.
• Maintain regular technology watch and be proactive in proposing improvements to the quality, reliability and scalability of SAFTI applications.

Requirements

• Degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 or a self-taught background, with 5 to 8 years of web development experience and a strong technical culture.
• Mastery of development best practices: code quality, testing, design.
• Ability to quickly acquire skills in new technologies or frameworks.
• Comfortable using third-party modules and able to evaluate their long-term technical impact.
• Curious, autonomous and rigorous in your development work.
• Soft skills: rigor, autonomy, and the ability to propose solutions that meet needs while taking identified risks into account.
