About the role
- Senior Software Engineer working on the project Robin, enhancing software solutions for strategic site monitoring using AI and satellite imagery. Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Robin project, you will join a team of 7 developers.
- Work on the evolution of various backend modules with strong scalability and modularization challenges.
- Maintain and evolve web applications (Python/FastAPI and JavaScript/React).
- Design, develop and maintain our backend infrastructure and automated pipelines.
- Work closely with all teams to understand end-user needs.
- Ensure code quality, with a continuous improvement approach to best practices.
- Share your expertise and help establish best practices in code quality and software development.
Requirements
- You have at least 8 years of development experience and have held a technical lead position within a development team.
- You have excellent knowledge of software development best practices as well as in-depth knowledge of databases and containerization.
- You have strong Python skills.
- You demonstrate a good ability to design efficient and elegant solutions.
- You have a solid understanding of web technologies and the challenges of web software in general.
- You possess excellent organizational skills, autonomy and the ability to report effectively.
- You mentor and support junior developers in their growth.
