About the role

• Senior Product Manager guiding product strategy and cross-functional teams at SafeNow, a startup enhancing global safety through innovative applications. Leading product delivery and ensuring user-centered development.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy & roadmap: You facilitate and shape the product vision and strategic roadmap in close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
• Human-centered product discovery & delivery: You take full ownership across the entire product lifecycle.
• Data-driven decision making: You define the relevant KPIs and success criteria for our product and related implementations.
• Cross-functional leadership & persuasive communication: You act as the central interface between engineering, design, marketing and sales.
• Process optimization & mentoring: You shape a human-centered product culture by establishing best practices for collaboration between product, design and tech.

Requirements

• Relevant product management experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in product management of digital B2C or B2B2C products (app-focused), ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
• End-to-end delivery capability: You have proven that you can not only design complex products but also deliver them successfully.
• Strategic & analytical mindset: You can quickly understand complex issues and translate them into clear, prioritized recommendations for action.
• Excellent communication & facilitation skills: You are adept at aligning different perspectives and driving decisions.
• Collaborative leadership mentality: You are passionate about our mission and value working in a diverse team.
• You communicate fluently in German and English and bring the resilience and flexibility required for a dynamic environment.
