Responsibilities
- Lead the annual SOx cycle, including planning, execution and schedule follow-up
- Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits, addressing requests and alignments
- Assess control deficiencies, including impact analysis, severity assessment and definition of remediation plans
- Structure, monitor and report action plans, ensuring progress and adherence to deadlines
- Manage and maintain the SOx Control Matrix and the Process Control Matrix (non-SOx), including reviews, updates and governance
- Lead the internal control self-assessment process together with business areas
- Review and evaluate Management Review Controls (MRC) and validate remediation testing
- Work with ITGC teams and other areas to ensure control integration and consistency
- Contribute to area evolution initiatives, process improvements and tool enhancements
- Prepare and review process flowcharts and process narratives
Requirements
- Solid experience in internal controls and SOx environments
- Experience with internal or external audit
- Ability to assess risks and define controls
- Experience coordinating agendas across multiple areas and stakeholders
- Analytical, organized profile with autonomy to manage complex topics
- Strong communication skills for interaction across levels, including executive leadership
