- Data Engineer working on customer requirements and developing data pipelines. Supporting workflows and collaborating with team members in an international E-Commerce consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt bei der Aufnahme und Analyse Kundenanforderungen
- Du hilfst bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Datenbankstrukturen, Modellen und Daten-Pipelines
- Du arbeitest an der Automatisierung und Wartung von Workflows und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Daten und Prozesse stabil und fehlerfrei bleiben
- Du unterstützt bei der Anbindung und Bereinigung von verschiedenen Datenquellen wie APIs, Flatfiles und Datenbanken
- Du bist aktiv in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teammitgliedern eingebunden und lernst agile Projektmethoden wie Prototyping, MVPs und Sprints kennen
Requirements
- Du bist aktuell in einem MINT- oder wirtschaftlichen Studium oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. durch Praktika oder Projekte) im Bereich Data Engineering oder verwandte Themen hast du bereits gesammelt
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Datenbanken, Datenmodellierung und Prozesse wie ETL/ELT und Workflow-Automatisierung
- Du beherrschst mindestens eine Programmiersprache (z.B. Python)
- Bonus: Du hast Interesse an Technologien wie Big Data (Spark, Hadoop), Databricks oder Cloud-Service (AWS, GCP, Azure) sowie an Datenvisualisierung
- Erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum oder Kanban) sind von Vorteil
- Du bist analytisch, strukturiert, zuverlässig und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit.
